Hello there Hogwartians! Heres my list of FAQ’s:

Q: What’s your name?

A: It’s in my info box. Melissa but you may call me Meli, Mely or Mel. Most of my IRL friends call me Mel :) My name signifies “Honeybee” in Greek and “Rose” in Persian.

Q: Where are you from/how old are you?

A: States, Oregon to be more precise. Its always cold and raining here, were hippies, but I like it. I’ve turned 18, still completely immature and much too playful.

Q: Do you Follow 4 Follow?

A: No. Simply because it gets messy and disorganized. I take very good care of my blog (er.. or use to) and I only follow unless I genuinely enjoy someone’s blog, their personality or just overall quirkiness. I also believe everyone should earn their followers, it helps build a deeper connection :) Plus this isn’t like other social networking sites.

I will however check out your blog if you place a “ϟ” in my ask. Dont expect a follow though! If I like it or its HP I might follow. No promises though!

Q: Do you Promo?

Not by request. I will casually tell my followers when I think a blog is worth following and link them. But I will not do so by request or for any other reason other than that I like the blog. So please, don’t waste your time asking.

Q: How many people do you follow/follow you?

A: I currently follow 130 people, and I love their blogs endlessly. If I follow you then OMG I LOVE IT. As for the second one this Potterhead wont say! Quadruple digits and lets leave it at that. I am grateful for all of my followers and can say that I never imagined my built-out-of-boredom blog would attain so many of you. Thank you.

Q: What type of questions do you answer?

A: I will generally answer all questions. UNLESS it’s when I’m out and my blog is on queue. Or if I’ve answered a similar one within the last 10 minutes. Also if its in my FAQ. I very much love the random, opinion/universe questions I get!

I’m sorry if I don’t reply asap, but I’ve got school :) and I’ll be using queue a lot this year. I do expect to be around all summer though! Woot woot.

Q: Is this your only blog?

A: No I’ve got a few,(Tom Felton/Japanese) though I’m afraid I haven’t kept up with them very well.

Q: What’s your Personal Blog’s URL?

A: I will not disclose it on here because my blogs are very different and aimed at a different set of people. That and its rather dull :) You can message me and request the URL privately.

EDIT: I am in the process of turning this HP blog towards a more “personal” one. Food, art, funny spam but still a heavy load of HP.

Q: I hear you’re a vegetarian?

A: That would be correct.

Q: Do you have a follow forever list?

A: At this moment no, but there are some really nice blogs I would put on my follow forever list if I had one.

Q: Where do your posts come from?

A: They should be sourced on my post, I usually just reblog from my favorite blogs. I will randomly place gifs together though(when I’m annoyed about something or I think they’d go well together) that would be a PERSONAL POST! The gifs would be “reaction gifs” Please dont reblog, delete the text and keep the gif, or else someone will come after me. But 99% I just reblog. As you all know it’s hard sourcing gifs if no one knows who first made them. & if they have no watermark. Reblogging is the safe way to go.

I do make things occasionally. Gifs/Edits or Backgrounds. They will usually be under the “mine” tag.

Q: Where is your icon/background from?

A: Both my current background and icon were made/edited by myself! (If you’re seeking the Drarry Icon I had for about 3 weeks then message me and I can direct you towards it)

Q: Who do you Ship? (HP Question)

A: I ship Drarry, Dramione, book Romione and book Snilly.

I used to ship Harmony (Harry/Hermione) hardcore. Then I decided they have a beautiful friendship. I dont really care much for Harry/Ginny. I’m neutral. She wasn’t portrayed very much in the movie which was disappointing, book Ginny idk. I remember jumping around extremely excited throughout the whole HBP because Harry was finally solidifying his feelings for her but I’ve drifted away from the ship. I guess I’m an on again-off again Hinny shipper.

It really depends on my mood for ships or what I’ve been reading. THIS IS A SAFE SHIPPING ZONE GUYS. I’m pretty sure I coined that term.. Its legit. You are absolutely welcome to, and encouraged to message me about your ships. I loveee discussing ships :) any kind.

Q: OTP?

A: My OTP is Drarry forever <3 But SiriusxRemus is close second because they’re beautiful characters both damaged and dependent in some form. JKR made my day when she stated that initially they we’re to be placed together.

* Q: Will you be helping with clue # (1/2/3/4/5/6/7)?

A: I helped with all clues but 4. I apologize, lack of sleep, I’m not a robot ;)

Q: Have you received your official Welcome email/explored Beta Pottermore?

A: No. I could rant about how I entered within the first 6 minutes on the first day and then slaved away for 7 days helping others..but I’m actually very happy for those who have gotten a chance to explore. I’m surprisingly patient about it (I think I’m nervous about sorting) and I’ll be ecstatic when I do get my email but I wont flaunt it so as to not upset others. I will of course announce it! EDIT: I have been sorted!
